Winpwn for 1.1.4 iphone

I have a first gen iPhone unlocked and jailbroken.
I want to upgrade to firmware to 2.2.1 and put cydia on it.
My question is, will it loose all information such as contacts and photos if I use Winpwn? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

you cant use winpwn

you must use quickpwn on windows

and no you wont just back up first
