deleting cydia programs

i pwned my iphone and downloaded a number of things. When i hold down on the icon like you would to bring up the x's/ move icons in an unpwned iphone, no x's appear. How can i delete these programs?

Go to "manage" in Cydia and there under "packages" you can uninstall Cydia apps.
