Default Major Problem After Jailbreak/Unjailbreak iPhone 2.2.1

    Hey all,

As you may have seen from my previous two posts, after jailbreaking, everything worked fine on my 2.2.1 iPhone 3G, except, well the phone part. iTunes recognizes it, it powers on, turns off, plays music, everything. But, when I make a call, a very faint beeping noise is emitted and then the phone shows the "Call Failed" screen, with the options to call back or cancel.

I restored my phone (mistakenly, from a backup), re-jailbroke it, got some stuff off it through ssh, and then restored it again (this time a fresh install). THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS. This is annoying, and rather problematic, as I would like to be able to still use my iPhone as a phone.

iPhone 3G SW 2.2.1 with all updates, "new carrier info" update, etc. All jailbreaks through QUICKPWN. My mac is a new macbook, leopard 10.5.6 (interestingly, I had no problems going into DFU and such).

    PLEASE HELP!!

EDIT: I did not unlock my iPhone originally.
