Help Required QuickPWN 2.2.5-2

I have been trying to upgrade my 2.0 firmware iPhone to 2.2.1 once Quick PWN identified the upgrade to be complete and to wait for the iphone to reboot in its newly modified state my iPhone sat idle waiting for a reboot it eventually rebooted only to reveal the connect to iTunes screen. what am i doing wrong?

help appreciated
