Iphone 2g, 2.2.1 qpwn dont go

Hi everyone, i find out this problem, doing update my iphone 2g
i restore to 2.2.1 5h11, and doing the update appear an apple
with a progress bar, all was ok, so i open qpwn 225-2, using
winxp, dot net upgraded, itunes at 8.0.2, and i went ahead,
so i put the ipsw, bootloader, and at the moment when u have
to press the buttons i did, but after, winxp said unknown device,
plus qpwn said uploadin exploit bootloader, and stuck there forever....
Any advice? i tried with qpwn 2.2.1 and itunes 8.0.0
plus to restore 2.2 ipsw, but without luck.
