Pwnage Tool 2.2.5 Won't Mount

I was planning on buying an already unlocked iPhone, but having realised it'll most likely be formatted to work with windows, it would be better off jailbreaking it and unlocking it myself to work with my MacBook.

So I've been trying to download and have a look at PwnageTool 2.2.5 however I'm unable to mount it. Every time I try my mac gives me an error saying that it's not recognised. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I've been googling around for about an hour and have found others with the problem but no apparent solution.

I'm using Mac OS X 10.4.11
