Erasing Package

I just recently unlocked my iphone 3G. I downloaded a package called "CATEGORIES" and it kept freezing my phone so I removed the package. Even though I removed the package there is a folder that remains on my screen. Does anyone know how to erase that?

In Cydia go to "manage" and then "packages" and uninstall it.

packages still stay on like my gf clock is changed and shed deleted the package.. what can she do?
