Easiest way to upgrade jailbroken 2.0 to 2.2?

Its been 6 months since ive done it and pretty much forgot how to do it. Im running windows XP so do i use Quickpwn 2.2 to do this? What are the exact steps to re-do this? What is the best guide to use? Thx in advance Im currently doing a backup right now (which is taking forever)

Or.... A link to a firmware thats already been pwned with cydia and nothing else? If I go this way, All i need to do is shift+restore it in itunes?

Yes, use Quickpwn 2.2

There is no need for a tutorial as it is very straight forward, but here are the steps:

1 Restore your iphone to 2.2 in itunes

2 Run quickpwn

3 Setup(Restore from backup) and sync your iphone in itunes

What is the best way to make a back up and reload? The only thing I'm really worried about losing is all the my contact numbers. The rest I can just reload the programs. I don't sync any of my contacts with outlook or any software, they are only on the phone so I don't want to lose them when updating. Is there some instructions for backing this up if needed?
