Default Need help. Iphone cant make calls.

i recently used my friends version of windows vista via boot camp on his computer to jailbreak my iphone 3g with pwnagetool. Once i had it, i started installing different programs and noticed that after a while. An error message saying that my phone was in safe mode lead me to delete winterboard completely, and everything from cydia that isnt essential to the operation of pwnagetool. I still cant make calls. When i press the phone icon, it opens and then crashes a couple seconds later. I can receive calls and text messages as well as send texts but i cant make calls or end them. when i receive a call it immediately goes to the top bar where a call usually goes when you're trying to do something while talking on the phone. ive tried rebooting, plugging back into the computer and nothing has worked.

Have you tried resetting your settings?

    You may have to restore.

Same thing happened to me....I simply connected it to my comp to sync new music and it fixed itself.....iTunes must have recognized the problem and fixed it probably.....if not then Restore is your last option....what's the point of an iPhone if you can't make calls?.....hahahahaha
