URGENT HELP NEEDED >> 1600 itunes error

Hey guys im relli fed-up upgrading my iPhone from 1.1.4 to 2.0.1.
i need a urgent help ...

I want to tell dat i have already upgraded in 2.0 in oct 08' but i cudnt find some apps so i again downgraded to 1.1.4 using ziphone.

Now again i want to upgrade 2.0.1 and i have tried no. of times but im getting error 1600

im using vista 64x, itunes 7.7, tried with both winpwn 2.0.0.4 and winpwn 2.5 BETA and i have also downloaded no. of iPhone1,1_2.0.1_5B108_Restore.ipsw files but but the same error pops out in itunes ....

I would go to Itunes 8 and DFU resstore to 2.1 fw a lot more apps available.
And any apps meant for 2.0.1 will work on 2.1 also.
