    Wow... you need to give a lot more information. Windows or Mac? What are you doing that's giving you this error? What all have you tried to get around this problem? Is your phone jailbroken?

    My bad man...still new to this. I get the error msg in Itunes after I attempt to install my custom firmware made from winpwn 2.0. I'm using windows xp. phone is not jailbroken. I'm trying to jailbreak it. I got the walkthrough off this board
