Default Help with making custom firmware for 2.2

Right so for Christmas today I got a new iMac, and have decided to restore my iPhone to 2.2 as it has been playing up the past couple of weeks. I have had no problems using the pwnage tool before but when I try now on the new computer it gives me the i haz fail error and whenI click on log it gives me this:
2008-12-25 11:09:41 - Adding Cydia Installer custom package.
2008-12-25 11:09:50 - No free space left on root partition.
    2008-12-25 11:09:50 - FAIL
    2008-12-25 11:09:50 - Detaching root filesystem from '/Volumes/Timberline5G77.iPhoneOS'.
    2008-12-25 11:09:51 - OK
    ------------------------------
2008-12-25 11:09:51 - Failed to build custom .ipsw file.

Now I didnt add any custom cydia packages so I really dont no what is the matter, can anybody help me out please?

Think I fixed it just had to change the root partion to 600mb instead of the default 500mb
