    Default dfu mode working

    I just upgraded to 10.5.6 on my macbook and put my iphone into DFU mode. Oddly, it worked just fine..

    Anybody know why it is working for me and nobody else? I am not using a usb hub.

    I am using:

    MacBook 2.0 ghz Core 2 Duo
    iPhone 2G 8gb

    putting the phone into dfu is not an issue. its getting it to connect with itunes and be recognized. re-read the post about the update breaking DFU mode and you will see more info on this. they updated it with more info after playing around with it
