    Default Stuck at "Sending WTF.s518900xall.RELEASE.dfu"

Using QuickPwn, I was able to initiate the jailbreaking process, but I have been stuck at Sending WTF.s518900xall.RELEASE.dfu for the past half-hour. I don't want to force-quit the app, but I'm not sure what went wrong. Nothing I've read indicates that this should take so long. My log reports:

Default Same problem - stuck on "Sending..." screen

    Hi dreadnought,

I'm having exactly the same problem as you. I've just spent an annoying afternoon restarting and attempting to restore my iPhone (2G, firmware 2.2 attempting to upgrade to 2.2.1). I tried restoring firmware version 2.1, but iTunes showed an error message, something like "Unable to restore iPhone". Not very helpful!

Does anyone have any ideas abotu what I could do? I would be very grateful!

    My log reads:

    2009-02-23 17:43:31 - Loaded .ipsw file from '/Users/helenwaller/Library/iTunes/iPhone Software Updates/iPhone1,1_2.2.1_5H11_Restore.ipsw'.

Since I last posted, Quickpwn actually finished, and iTunes started up. However, an error message reads: "The iPhone can not be identified properly. Please disconnect and reconnect to try again." or something like that. My iPhone's screen shows the "connect to iTunes" picture. I'm going crazy here!
