I have big problem in restoring 2.1 firmware using itunes get 1601 error... I completly erased/ reinstall itunes 8.1, 8.2, and 7.7 but no solution.. Any ideasssssss

Try putting it into DFU mode

Go into /user(your user name)/library/iTunes/Device Support and erase any files in that folder. Open pwnage and build a new custom firmware, then put into DFU mode as instructed and then restore.

^^^DFU, Restore, and QuickPwn, shouldn't have any problems. (unless of course, you experience problems...)

I used quickpawn 2.1, but it told me to restore 15sec and waiting, but the thing I cannot restore in normal way... The only thing I can do in pc is DFU mode only...
So if you have anyother way that is will perfect.. thanks for reply anyhow>>>
