Programs not installing after 2.2 jailbreak

I recently upgraded to 2.2 and then jailbroke my phone. I had no problems until I downloaded Winterboard, MewSeek, and a bunch of other programs won't show up! It says they're installed when I check on Cydia. My AppStore programs don't show up either! I've restored my phone and Jailbroke 5 more times, and this is my only problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i installed gpsPhone but it never showed up.

Seems like something different happened to me.. The Cydia and Installer repos wount refresh..

Hi, install from Cydia BossPrefs, open Boss Prefs, there yoy have an option/icon named POOF! (Hide Icons) use this to toogle the installed apps, then respring, hope that helps.

Ahh, that was it! After installing Cycorder I couldn't see the icon... till now.

My problem is that the apps selected come up as if they are starting then crash / disappear. Winterboard and mail work fine boss prefs settings all work great but anything I install after jailbreaking(from cydia or app store) will not open. Any suggestions?
