Urgent HELP!!

hi,
i recently jailbroke my iphone 3g .. (v2.0.2) ...
after the jailbreak im experiencing a couple of problems .... firstly my iphone is slow as hell .... i cant even type msgs cz it takes ages .... and secondly it now feezes (gets stuck) about 10 times a day !!!! ...... previously it hardly froze ..... (since i got it it only froze about 5-6 times !!)

Restore up to firmware 2.2 and rejailbreak. After you're done be sure and set the phone up as a new profile in iTunes.. not from back-up.
