About update to 2.2

I jailbroke my phone with 1.1.4 a while ago and back in that time was only Installer. Never used Cydia. I don't mind losing application on my iphone.If I directly update from Itune will I lose that "200mb" too? Thanks!

Actually it's likely you will lose as much as 500mb of space. This is why you ALWAYS use restore, not upgrade.

Thanks for your reply. When you said restore, for my case, do I need to restore to 1.1.4? or directly use the restore to 2.2 in quickpwn? I don't think I can jailbreak without updating to 2.2 first....Just a little confused. thanks again.
