no installer or cydia after updating to jailbroke 2.2

Figured i'd update my 3g from 2.1 to 2.2 last night. Read the how-to using pwnage exactly like when i did my phone at 2.1 except having to use expert mode. I deselcted the "activate" and changed the space to 1000mb. Everything went perfect except installer and cydia don't show up on my springboard like they did when i jb my phone at 2.1?

did you select cydia and installer to be installed?

please just dont even install installer to begin with. you have to select them to be installed too. if it was quickpwnd you could just repwn but with your thing you may have to make a new ipsw

ahhh i see. i figured it out. i did have to install cydia, didn't know that. thanks man

well i got cydia and installer but now cydia wont work. it brings me to the screen "who are you" and then when i click "user" it then crashes and brings me back to my springboard. is there more that i have to install when im in pwn?
