SROD After Restore From Backup

I backed up my 3G before upgradeing to 2.2. I used Mac OSX with PWNAGE and after restoreing all my data I get the spinning wheel of death and the apple logo in the backround. But if I set up as a new phone I am fine. Any fix for this?
