Semi Newb Question

I guess everyone has figured out that pwnage 2.2 returns an error at the end of the build. I just saw 2.2.1 posted, and am in the process of building the custom .ipsw So far all seems good! Now for a newbie question: All my apps are in my iTunes. When I go from pwned2.1 to pwned 2.2.1 will I lose everything on the phone? Will a restore be as simple as connecting to iTunes and letting it sync?

You always lose everything when you restore/upgrade.

But you can sync your itunes stuff back afterwards.
