QuickPwn 2.1 iPhone 2G Locked when no simcard installed

Hey all,

After using Quickpwn on my 2G iPhone everything works fine, but
for some strange reason when no sim is installed it is locked again and if i put in a sim card and restart it my iPhone works normal again.
