Default Quickpwn Iphone 3g (Stuck at firmware browse)

Hey I have a never before jailbroken Iphone 3g and figured it was about time to try it.

I downloaded the latest quickpwn, restored my iphone to 2.1 firmware (iPhone1,2_2.1_5F136_Restore), and then launched quickpwn.

First step goes ok, I connect the Iphone and itīs recognized.

Second step, I choose the same firmware file I used to restore my Iphone and quickpwn doesntīs recognizes it (No green checkmarck, no blue next button), it only appears to load a bit for a sec trying to recognize it then clears and stays there forever.

    What am I doing wrong?

Confirm that when you open quickpwn the version in the bottom left hand corner is "Quickpwn v2.1-1 by planetbeing & poorlad." If i had to guess you're using an old version.

I too have the same problem with Quickpwn 2.1

Haven't really messed with it too much yet though. I'll check that I have .net isntalled. Thanks Zwayne

Edit: Have it installed, still no luck.

Edit2: Just a heads up, figured out what the problem was. Make sure that the firmware file is in the same folder as the quickpwn executable. Once I did that, it let me continue past the firmware selection.
