Okay this is the 4th time i have jailbroke a iPhone...
I had a 2G for a while, and I just got rid of it yesterday... Bought a 3G iPhone yesterday...
This is the 4th time this has happened...
I jailbreak the phone using QuickPwn... Everything works fine for a bit... (first time I jailbroke lasted 4 days, next time 2, the last two been a day or shorter...) I install apps and such from Cydnia and Installer (but installer apps at a minimum...) and after I reboot the phone (turn off and turn back on) I got to enter my passcode, and the stars in the boxes are abnormally large... when i go into texts the fonts seem to have changed to a different style... All my apps and buttons are reordered and compressed into 3 pages (fills the first 2 pages then the remaining on the Third). when i restart the phone again, all the apps are reordered again in a different order and moved around... And the real issue is when I tap the "Phone" it brings up the Key pad, but all the options on the bottom have the icons, but no text, and i can't select any of them... it waits a good 3-5 seconds then the phone crashes out... If i receive a phone call, the standard menu doesnt show up instead i get the green bar at the top that reads "to return the call tap here" if i tap there, nothing happens... to end a call i have to turn the phone off and back on because i cant get to the end call screen. Also to make a call I need to go into the text messaging and hit the call button at the top...

What am I doing wrong here? Is it an app I am installing that is causing this? It's really getting frustrating! Just before this issue happened I installed NES (for the first time) and got some the one package and played a few games... then turned off and back on, and well my issue was there...

Winterboard(have had it on all my jailbreaks)
-I downloaded a keyboard
-At&t logos upgraded (which i just noticed, is NOT on the list of stuff in the winterboard anymore???)

CopierciN(first time i installed)
Cycocorder (had it on all my Jailbreaks)
Swaptunes (first time I installed)
NES (first time)


Any help is appreciated...

also, i am trying to get rid of the upgraded at&t logo right now... I uninstalled it from cydnia and it still is there... i've restarted... still there... still have the issue... and i uninstalled winterboard too to try to get rid of it, and its still there...

After you jailbreak you're setting the phone up as NEW iTunes right?

what do you mean new itunes? like as a new iphone?
I've been using the back ups that were created in itunes from before jailbreaking so i had all my contacts and pictures and what not

Try setting up as a new phone as suggested above.

how would i go about getting my contacts/pictures and such back on it?

You can save your contacts on your PC.

Sync your contacts and pictures manually after you restore.
