ok, try doimg it but dont install boot neuter, after the restore, open sydia and download boot neuter from cydia, then try to get a fresh bl39.bin and bl46bin and see if that works

thanx button in advance

Put the phone in DFU mode again......and just click update, and let it do it thing, then set the phone up as a new phone.

No it should not. Then you can use QuickPwn to jailbreak it.

Here is a guide: iClarified - iPhone - How to Unlock/Jailbreak Your 2.1 2G iPhone Using QuickPwn (Windows)

ok cool it worked till it got to the bootneuter 2.1 which is stuck at "determining current settings" been like that for about ten min now.. any suggestions?

so it did the same thing as winpwn just sits at the bootneuter any way to just start from scratch?
