No Cydia or Installer after Qwkpwn Jailbreaks

I jailbroke my iphone 3G 2.1 twice sucessfully using Quickpwn.

Both my son-in-law and me have tried to jailbreak my daughters iphone 3G 2.1 SEVERAl times, but each time it goes thru the motions, apparently is sucessful... but Cydia and Installer don't show up on the phone!

Don't know if it's truly jailbroke... but more impoortantly... how do we get her Cydia & Installer?

Thanks guys!

Did you select the options to install cydia and installer during the jailbreak process.

Go into your settings/general/restrictions. Once there enable restrictions with the code of your choice. Hit the home button, then go back and disable restrictions. Hit the home button, and hopefully cydia and installer will be there.
