switching from mac to PC

I have a unlocked/jailbroken iPhone running 2.1, and I've been syncing it with my Mac. What, if anything, needs to be done to switch it to the PC? Do I have to use Winpwn and do a full restore/unlock/etc.? Or can I just plug it into the PC and sync to the iTunes on that computer?

nope, just synced to his itunes, but if he wants to keep the songs he should

A.get sharepod and copy them to pc
b.get swaptunes and just sync with his library (not really my favorite
