Quickpwn Freezes Computer on Launch

I'm running Windows XP SP3 and for the life of me, can't figure out why Quickpwn causes my computer to hard freeze whenever I try to launch it. I've exhausted google and several forums' search features for a solution, but to no avail.

My .NET Framework appears to be current, I've defragged my hard drive, I've eliminated all my spyware, and all my drivers are up to date. If anyone has any suggestions as to what may work, I would greatly appreciate it.

How much space do you have left on your hard drive? Maybe you're out of space.... I doubt it though.
Perhaps download QuickPwn again and then try it. Maybe the QuickPwn that you have is corrupt. The version that I have I got from here: Link
