Hello All,

I have a first generation Iphone with version 1.0.2, that I had unlocked last year. I haven't upgraded it since, I would like to upgrade it to the latest firmware (2.1).

Can someone help me find an option to safely upgrade it , I've went thru the previous cracks but I couldnt find the upgrade guide for the 1.0.2 to 2.1. Any help you can provide will be much appreciated.

My firmware : 1.0.2 (1c28)

Current Itunes version : 7.7.1 (11), I didnt upgrade to 8.0.1 Just in-case I needed an older version to upgrade my iphone.

super simple. upgrade your itunes to 8.0. it'll tell you that your iphone is in need of an update (2.1). install the update, then use quickpwn to pwn your now 2.1 phone and/or unlock it and you're set.

Hey, I have the same version as you.. where you able to finally upgrade? I'm looking to upgrade as well, but scared that I'll mess up somehow!
Any progress?
