i jailbroke my friends 3G iphone about 2 weeks ago using quickpwn..he is running 2.1.....last night he called me and said he lost his signal.....he turned the phone on and off he said he even left it off all night and in the morning still no signal......everything was working fine no problems and then this...i told him he will prolly have to restore but i wanted to post a question about it before he did it....

has anyone had a similar problem? what would cause it..
