I bought an iphone that was purchased last february..I was able to unlock it with no problems, worked great. Recently that phone broke, but it was under warranty so I was able to swap for a new one. I just got this 3 days ago.

I used pwnage tool to build my custom ispw file...but when I try to install it using itunes I am getting 1600 errors every time and sometimes a 21 error...which sais that the phne cannot be restored because of an unknown error. I tried at first on itunes 8.0 but downgraded to 7.7 when I read that this is what I needed to do.

Still nothing.

Please help! I need to get this phone up and running as soon as possible. It is my workhorse and I am somewhat lost without it.
