I'm new to this unlock and pwn thing. My phone was unlocked and jaibroken for me; but it didn't work right-ever. I was told jailbreaking could cause problems.
Here is the breakdown of what I want to do and where I am currently:

1. Version 2.0.2 unlocked/jailbroken THEN
2. I used pwnge tool and tried to lock it again and then unlock it only but I wanted to upgrade to 2.1 iphone firmware.
I got an error 1600 code.
I wasn't installing cydia or installer this time but left everything else the same.
3. I created my package with 2.1 firmware using 2.1 pwge tool but I got that message error code 1600.
4. So I started from scatch and virginized the phone( Ithink) and had apple firmware 2.1 on it (not activated)
It shows the different languages and usb thing on the front
5. I have itunes 7.7
6. I built one page with bootneuter and one without to test both of them using 2.0.2 to unlock iphone.
I can restore to apple firmware but when I try to edit firmware and unlock iphone I get the 1600 error.
What are the settings in pwnge to just UNLOCK iphone?
