Default Worried about re- Jailbreaking my 3G

I had my 3G jailbroken on 2.0. when they released 2.1 I restored my phone and updated. I tried to rejailbreak it and it almost killed my phone. 2 Hours later I was just thankful to have it back to normal. I really want to run intelliscreen on my 3G but am worried about jailbreaking it because i dont want to iovd the warranty or brick it. Is any of the methods that are out for JB safe? if so how should i re JB my phone. It has been restored to factory 2.1 but not securely wiped. Thanks!

use quickpwn. not sure what problems you encountered but as long as you follow directions, there shouldn't be a problem. jailbreaking ALWAYS voids your warrenty. just restore it dfu mode back to stock to "restore" the warrenty.

if the phone wasn't killed you never almost killed it. In fact, I know nobody who has killed a phone.

I once prayed to God for an iPhone, but quickly found out He didn't work that way...so I stole an iPhone and prayed for His forgiveness.

I use quickpwn and re jailbroke my iphone about 3 times so far. I was getting some slight issues with cydia or installer or something stupid and I would just re run the quickpwn programa nd it would re write my files and I'm back in business. So far I havent done it in a few weeks and this iphone performs like a champ....
