Iphone 2g firmware 2.1 'call forwarding activated?

Hello all,

Today I have installed firmware version 2.1 onto my iphone via itunes, and then jailbroke/unlocked it using quickpwn. My T -mobile sim card is in and I am getting signal but it won't let me make calls saying that call forwarding is active in a pop up. I also can't send or recieve texts. Does anyone know why this is happening?

I have that Call Forwarding popup come up whenever I make calls.. I am on 1.1.4 Unlocked & Jailbroken by iLiberty.
