just jailbreaked my phone now i cant make calls!!

so i jailbreaked my phone and after a day i started having issues i tried to make a call and i couldn't goto my favorites so i tried goin got contacts and i could make a call but the screen either goes black or it goes home and has the green bar across the top saying touch here to return to call but i never left the call... so i can not end the call or put it on speaker. oh and if i try to go to the phone icon then its froen then just goes back to home

any ideas?
can i just re jailbreak it?

After Jailbreaking I came up with the same problem. I googled my question and it came up with some answers, if you have installed Kate, which I had, uninstall that and your problem should be resolved. Hope this helps and "thanks" are welcomed.

When you restore, do it as a new phone... For some reason if you restore from backup it can cause failures in core programs such as sms, mobilephone etc.
