Oops. Categories + 2.1 Update

Hey all.

I recently updated to the 2.1 firmware from 2.0, but I forgot to take all of my apps out of Categories. As a result, I have no Cydia, no System Prefs, no BossTools, or anything. A lot of my apps won't sync either and I am going to assume its because of this.

Is there any way to fix this?

restore, not update. bigboss says this himself. cydia relocates stuff, you need to do a full restore so everythings clean and nothing left behind. but you can also use poof and unpoof all the apps n they should be there, but i would still do a full restore anyway
