Hey guys, ran into this issue and just wondering if anyone has any feedback. I recently upgraded from 2.0.2 to 2.1 but was trying to keep all of my Cydia applications and saved settings. Another words, I wasn't installing the fresh 2.1 firmware from iTunes but instead using QuickPWN to do the upgrade.

I had about 30 of 45 of my applications (including standard ones) placed into folders created by the "Category" application. Also included in one of these folders was the Cydia and Installer applications. After doing the upgrade, I can see with DiskAid that the Cydia and Installer applications have been installed, but I cannot see them on the springboard.

It seems that the applications placed within the category folder were placed somewhere else on my phone and that link has been erased. I guess the question is, does anyone know where on the phone these are placed and can I move them back. I don't mind starting fresh again with 2.1 but I would like to keep my current settings if possible.
