I screwed up Help!

I have a 3G with a winpwn 2.0.2..... I thought I'd try quickpwn
to upgrade to 2.1
I upgraded iTunes to 8.0 and tried to upgrade to 2.1 in iTunes before
quickpwn
I kept getting error 1602......so I wanted to get go back to 2.0.2.
tried to retore to my old pwn 2.0.2......ERROR 1601

So I got the winpwn 2.5 beta 2
made a new custom 2.0.2......tried a new restore
ERROR 1601 AGAIN!!

Does anyone know a solution??
Can I just go to apple's 2.1 firmware?

get pwnage or quick pwn, and pwn your phone, then restore it to a pwned firmware. that will probably work. you cant restore to a pwned firmware when your phone is not pwned

Quickpwn can't detect my phone..it's in recovery mode
I put it in DFU mode and no luck???
anyone??
