Quickpwn 1.1 for mac question

hey all,
i just quickpwnd my 16gb iphone 3G with 2.1 installed. My question is this, if i do a restore in itunes, will it erase all the changes quickpwn made. Basically, is there a way to re-virginize my iphone? I know this question has probably been asked a million times, but im a n00b at this.

with a restore of the stock firmware, your phone will return to unjailbroken state
