iv got t-mobile signal but cant make outgoing or recieve calls any ideas!
(when call is made it comes upcall failed and calls forwarding active dismiss) check called forwarding its off lol

also when i used bootneuter it says about uninstalled commcenter how do i do it and would this affect the calls?
