pwned boot logo not working

i just re pwned my 2.1 3g and i had the replace boot and restore images checked off and it works once it goes out of DFU mode but once it reboots it doesnt do it ever again everytime i turn the phone on or reboot it does it on a black screen i would really like to have the pineapple any help guys did i do somethng wrong thanks.

As I don't have photoshop... is there somebody out there who could put me this file in the right size and format to put it in pwnage as boot logo?
