Quickpwn 3g 2.1 problem

hi i came down a friends to use quickpwn on his mac for his 3g 2.1 and it went through fine but then the white screen stayed on for about 10 minutes and now its black screen and never booted up....what should i do ?please help....thank you

ok i turned the phone on and it booted and no cydia or installer so should i try it again?....should i tunes be open or closed?

also do you have to replace that mobile file when you quickpwn? and then cydia would show up or is that only for windows?

i ran it a second time and still it never rebooted itself i pressed the button after the white screen went to black ......still no cydia or installer....what should i do?.....i closed itunes and it opened itself back up when i went into dfu mod ....would that have anything to do with it?

follow the instructions here but i used diskaid not total commander ad it worked for me i got both cydia and installer

Hi,
i was on a friends mac and i was trying to jailbreak his 3g for him...
i tunes 8.0 was installed and
i dl the newest version of quickpwn from here for the 2.1 software and as i stated b4....
it goes through the process fine ...
the white screen stays on for about 10 minutes then turns black ...
and the phone never reboots itself.....
so i press the power button to turn it on and it boots up like normal....
but when it starts no Cydia or Installer?

I did it three times.....the first 2 iTunes was popping up after the phone
was in dfu mode...but the third time i forced it to quit before i started.....so i dont know what to do now.....
any suggestions?
