Using QuickPWN on a Mac on an iPhone synced with Windows

Hi,

I have a 2.0.2 jailbroken & unlocked 2G iPhone. I sync this with my windows PC. Can I use QuickPWN to upgrade to 2.1 on my macbook without losing all my messages/emails/settings/applications?

I dont mind reinstalling the cydia apps that will disappear. And it shouldnt be too hard replacing the music and movies if they disappear too...

Also will QuickPWN put installer 4 (which I dont currently have) and cydia onto my iphone?

Before upgrading, sync your phone with your pc (it will do a backup). Then plug it in your macbook pro, upgrade and quickpwn then restore from backup on your pc for all of your data, emails etc.

how do u get the themes on the iphne. i downloaded quickpwn and the theme but now im stuck and dont know how to tranfer it to my iphone. any suggestions??
