Jailbreaking 3G iPhone

Hi there,

quick question: If all I want is to jailbreak my iPhone 3G how would I do it? (I don't want to change anything else, not the baseband, nothing) I just want to get Cydia and the ability to use Cydia packages.

Would I use QuickPwn to do so?

Also: If I do jailbreak, do I lose the ability to do official iTunes firmware updates for the future?

You should NOT use Quickpwn if you like to keep the baseband. Use the normal pwnage tool.
