Tried updating to 2.1 this morning on my mac, I installed iT8 the other day. Now I'm having some problems updating to the jailbroken 2.1 Originally I got it to work, but then when I tried to restore my phone from the backup I made and it wouldn't reboot, just got stuck on the loading page. So I eventually restored the phone again with the jailbroken firmware, only this time I didn't back it up and it worked just fine, I was using my phone getting my cydia apps back etc. then when I went to sync it to my computer to get my music and contacts on, first I got an error message saying it couldn't connect to my phone because of an unknown error (I was able to work around this by deleting the itunes preferences file) and then when I would try and sync it would just disconnect itself from my computer, and lock up again. So now I am back to square one, I just installed the 2.1 firmware from apple, not jailbroken, and I'm syncing it now, seems to be working. Is anyone else having any problems like this?

I have a feeling it might have something to do with changing the "mobileinstallation" file for k'd apps, because I didn't have a problem until I changed the file and restarted the phone.
