I have installed MxTube that is Much better ;-)

I did a QuickPwn with version 2.5 Beta2 and everything works great but youtube does not work. (cannot connect to youtube)
Everything else works like:
AOL Radio
CyCorder (this is amazing)
iBlacklist
Camera and imageviewer
IM+
Weather
Safari
RDP connections
GPS Map
Ebay
GPRS,Edge and WIFI works fine too ;-)
etc etc.....

when building the custom firmware, i thought there is an option about activation of youtube...i might be wrong...you can try to build the custom firmware again to see if that option is there or not....

I have done that but when I used the custom advanced option and activated youtube I got no carrier and this is a ipgone 3g so I need to have the phone to work. better that youtube does not work than the phone

I did a quickpwn but this is missing the youtube activation and the installer.app I think

Just a suggestion cause it worked for me when my mail and youtube didn't work after winpwn jailbraking. Install Bosspref and go into "more" and use the "Fix User Dir Permissions".

This fixed both my mail and youtube.

I tried this and it did not work and I needed to delete the lockdown folder in itunes again to make the phone connect to itunes.

I think I am better off with MXTube, I really like it ;-)

I also have hidden all the icons with Bosspref that I do not use:
- Stocks
- Youtube
- Contacts (this I hide cause I reach it from the phone icon
and doubble click on the menu button, Notes
- iTunes (need I say why?)
