Problem after pwning :( - Please HELP!
I just jailbreaked my phone with Winpwn, everything has been going great until I wanted to buy some apps in App store, on the phone.
When I click download, it is constantly asking my to enter my username and password, pre-jailbrake it just asked me to verify my password. This isn't my main problem, but if someone can tell me how I can rectify this, that would be great.
So after I enter my username and password, it prepares to download the app then I get an error: "Your account is only valid for purchases in the Australian iTunes store."

What I have already tried:
1.) I've gone to Settings > General > International > Region Format and Australia is still selected
2.) I've logged into my iTunes account and the "My store" is still set to Australia

Note: When I tried to purchase and app in iTunes, it wouldn't let me the first time. When I re-selected Australia it would let me download the app to my phone in the iTunes store, but it still won't let me via my phone. And yes, I have Synced it many times since.
3.) I have re-started it.
4.) I've deleted the History, Cookies and Cache from Safari
5.) I have created another iTunes account and I still get the same error
My information
My phone is a Black 16GB 3G
Firmware: 2.0.2
Winpwn version: WinPwn 2.5-Beta 2
My OS: Windows Vista Ultimate x64
ANY help will be *greatly* appreciated. I will be eternally grateful if you cam help me fix this.Last edited by NuclearWinter; 09-02-2008 at 08:12 AM.

I had this issue here in the U.S. when it kept directing me to a European store. The only way that I got it working was by doing this:
In iTunes I clicked on "iTunes Store"
Then I clicked on my email account in the top right hand corner.
I changed the country to USA.
Resynced and abracadabra it let me download from my phone.
Hope this helps.

Thank-you very much for your reply. I gave that a crack but that also was still set to Australia.
I finally did get it working, so here is the solution for future people:
I unchecked the checkbox to sync the apps a couple of days back because I only wanted to sync the music at that time. I completely forgot that it wasn't checked, so whenever I was syncing it wasn't touching the apps.
When I did check that box and did a sync, it actually deleted all my apps. I'm not too concerned about that because they were just free ones and I only had about 12. However, it completely fixed the problem.
The phone is remembering the username again and just asking me to verify the password, just like before. And also, I can freely download apps again.
Have a good one.
