Unable to connect with iTunes after WinPwn
I used the new WinPwn beta 2.5 to Jailbreak my iPhone, now I get an error message:
iTunes could not connect to the iPhone "" because an invalid response was received from the device.
I thought that maybe if I went and downloaded a free app from the app store it might reset my ID, but I couldn't do this - my iPhone is connecting to the US App Store, I'm in the UK. Could this be related to my invalid response? How can I correct or reverse the jailbreaking, now that I can't even connect to iTunes?

Thanks dellmelo, I re-ran the WinPwn process in expert mode - that fixed that problem but I lost my O2 connection. Have just gone back to my clean back-up at the moment as the only thing I really wanted to jailbreak for (Fring) didn't work anyway. They claim they'll properly support iPhone is a couple of weeks, so I'll wait I think.

I also had this problem and was spewing when i couldnt connect. I didnt do it this way but what i did was download the youtube activation of INstaller and it worked perfectly. This has worked for others aswell. If you dont feel like deleting files on ya computer try it this way. Just add Installer 4.0 Repository to the source list and youll be able to find it. Hope this helps.

You can ALWAYS reverse the jailbreaking by connecting the phone to iTunes in DFU mode (power button for 5 secs, then add home button for 10 secs, release power button and keep holding home button for 20 secs) and restoring factory settings (and then you can restore a backup, which'll get you back where you were before jailbreaking).
