new to iphone

I just bought an Iphone and it has had the unlock and jailbreak done on it and it is a 2g 1.1.4 version. My question is if I update it to the 2.0.2 version will I lose the jailbreak?? I do not care if I lose the unlock as I only can use AT&T anyway. Also is there an advantage to updating it??

Then the big question is will I lose all of the stuff that is on the phone as it is LOADED with all kinds of apps and other stuff?

If you upgrade using itunes, you will lose the jailbreak. You must use winpwn or pwnage tool (pc for the first and mac for the second). Go visit blog.iphone-dev.org
