EST is GMT-5. So, 2pm EST would be 7pm GMT. Im assuming you can figure out your time based on GMT. if not, do a web search for time conversions.

Edit - NM, England should be GMT already.

its 2:44 i finally got the installer from the site. whew! im excited!!!

EDIT:

tried twice. program closes after "building custom IPSW..."
i dont know what to do next...

After it built the custom IPSW I just ran itunes while DFU Iphone was connected and waited for it to recognize it. Then I Shift + left clicked restore and chose the custome IPSW and waited for it to install. Everything is working fine for me one Tmobile 2.0.2
